Night of the Monster Men

At the same time a hurricane strikes Gotham, Hugo Strange unleashes giant mutant creatures to raze the city. Batman, Nightwing, and the rest of Gotham's Vigilantes use everything at their disposal to take down the Monster Men and locate Strange before the Gotham in destroyed.
